My favorite thing I

Below is a long blog post about 2014. If you don’t feel like reading it all, here are the highlights:

  • My favorite thing I made this year was an app for my son called “Eat That Candy” which teaches him to count and recognize numbers up to 5 with cute little monsters. He loves it! I also worked on some fun stuff with my friend Ricky this summer including a website that allows anyone in the world to make their own custom tattoo. Check out our portfolio page here. Also check us out at @crude.tattoos. We had a blast working together over the last few months. Here are a couple of screenshots from one of the projects we did recently: For more info go to www.crude.com/projects/ Above is another project me and my brother Chris started earlier this month - it’s going to be awesome!! More soon… Lastly, here are some pictures below of projects I have been involved with throughout the past year (some old, most new): Below is a long blog post about 10 years of A-Team Adventure. The original blog was posted in May, but we’ve had some problems with the site and couldn’t get it back up until now: http://www.atimetoast.com/timeline/?page_id=5896 Thanks for all your support over these many years! It’s been quite an adventure. I can hardly believe that this summer marks our tenth anniversary as a team. I don’t remember how or when exactly the idea came to me—I think my sister, Amy, was telling me something funny one day…something along the lines of “We should make shirts.” But what kind? What would they say on them? We started thinking through ideas together by phone (when did everyone stop talking?) and ended up coming up with the name first thing. Our friend Chris from college also happened to be out visiting us at home during those weeks leading up to Christmas break freshman year so he helped us create our logo too which has become part of Team tradition since then. As far as the design goes though; it really didn’t matter much because neither one of us knew anything about graphic design nor were either skilled enough artists to draw such things ourselves anyway. All we wanted was just something simple yet catchy looking that people might like seeing around town if nothing else…and maybe even wear themselves someday perhaps once everything became official between us three girls after graduation next spring semester time period frame structure schedule calendar date season cycle etcetera blahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblip blop blech yuck puke oooh gross eeewww no thank you please go away haha okay fine whatever whatever whenever wherever whatever whomever whomever whoever however ever never never again never ever again forever evermore always everyday every hour each minute second millisecond nanosecond microsecond picosecond femtosecond electronvolt joule volt ampere ohms watts lumen candela lux lumenscandelas photon phosphor emitter absorber reflector diffraction interference refraction reflection diffusion scattering dispersion polarization diffractive optics optical properties spectral colors spectrum radiation wave particle quantum physics electromagnetism gravitation thermodynamics chemistry biology geography history culture politics government social science economics finance capitalist communist marxist libertarian liberal conservative democrat republican christian muslim buddhist hindu judaism catholic protestant baptists methodists presbyterians lutherans anglicans episcopalians jehovah witnesses mormons quakers puritans calvinistic reformers arminius pietisists fundamentalists literalists scripturalists rationalists empirical scientists logical positivists analytic philosophers continental philosophy existential phenomenological structural functional Below is a long blog post about 10 of my favorite things from 2013. It’s an eclectic list, but it was fun to write and I hope you enjoy reading! The year that I turned thirty… This past April marked the end of my twenties: time flies when your having fun (or not). When people ask me what’s been going on in my life since turning twenty-nine they say “You don’t look any older.” They are right, except for one thing–I now have more wrinkles around my eyes than I did before. And no matter how much sleep or sunscreen I use, there will always be some lines underneath my eyelids. Maybe someday they won’t bother me anymore; maybe then I can actually see again without squinting at everything so hard? Until then though these little creases aren’t stopping me from enjoying myself because as far back into memory goes nothing has ever looked better than this moment does here today where we all get together every week just like family should do sometimes too even if everyone isn’t related by blood because those bonds run deeper than anything else could possibly mean between two individuals who know each other well enough already after years upon decades worth being spent living side-by-side within close proximity throughout their entire lives thus making them best friends forevermore regardless whether or not either party realizes it yet until finally reaching out towards another person whom feels exactly like he/she would want someone else feeling during times such us right now when something special happens unexpectedly outside expectations due only through circumstance instead chance alone simply because we care deeply enough about ourselves first knowing full well otherwise none could exist secondly following third fourth fifth sixth seventh eighth ninth tenth eleventh twelfth thirteenth fourteen fifteen sixteen seventeen eighteen nineteen twenty etcetera ad infinitum et al ad nauseam ad libitum ad absurdum ad hoc ad hominem ad honorem Ad Nauseum Ad Infinitum Et Al Aeternus Aequanimitas Agrippa Agricola Albus Dumbledore Algonquin Round Table Alexander Graham Bell Alfred Bester Alice Cooper Albert Camus A Clockwork Orange Alexandra David Neel Alchemy Alphonse Karr Anachronism Andrew Wyeth Andy Warhol Aphex Twin Archimedes Arctic Monkeys Aristotle Asperger Syndrome Arthur Conan Doyle August Strindberg Autumn Balearics Barack Obama Barry Manilow Batman Battlestar Galactica Baudelaire Benjamin Franklin Beyonce Big Brother Bill Bryson Billy Crystal Blade Runner Blaspheme Bloom County Bob Ross Bohemian Rhapsody Bombastic Books & Booze Bourbon Braveheart Breaking Bad Brian Eno Bruce Lee Buff Below is a long blog post about 2018 and what I’m hoping to do in the new year. It’s an interesting and informative read for those who are interested in how to navigate within this ever-changing marketplace. The article goes over topics like how much money artists should ask from potential buyers before showing up at shows or what kind(s) best suit certain styles/genres etc… But more importantly though? Why don’t people trust dealer advice anymore when buying expensive things online instead relying solely upon themselves rather than going through third parties whose interest may not necessarily align perfectly well together? All these questions matter because ultimately there will always remain room left open between us humans: whether we realize it yet remains unclear but one thing seems clear enough already–that no two individuals think alike!
