amazing year with new things

Below is a long blog post about 2014, some of the highlights and achievements I’ve made. It has been an amazing year with new things learned, met awesome people along my journey and also had time to spend quality moments at home with family & friends. It was hard work but still rewarded in ways that are unexplainable by words alone. The only way for me to describe it would be – AMAZING! I want to thank everyone who supported me throughout this incredible adventure (which is not over yet), all my sponsors especially Crank Brothers who have helped tremendously as well as the entire team, from riders to mechanics and staff alike. Thank you for your support on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram & here on the website!! Some special shout outs: My dad is a big part of what makes us tick as human being so he deserves every bit of credit possible. He supports everything we do even when it seems crazy. Thanks Daddy, love ya lots. Josh Bryceland is one helluva rider and friend whom always pushes himself beyond limits while staying positive through his experiences; nothing short of inspirational. I look up to him and consider myself lucky having crossed paths with such greatness. The rest of the team includes many other amazingly talented individuals which make each ride unique in its own right. You guys know how much fun it can get out there and I hope to see yah next season!!! A lot happened during last winter preparation period, which resulted in numerous injuries, training accidents, sickness etc. However despite these setbacks I managed to finish off strong enough to start World Cup racing early April. This ended up setting the tone for most of the remainder of the season where I’d consistently race towards podiums or top tens until the end. Some races were better than others but overall results kept getting closer to winning and podiuming more often then before. I think I have improved greatly since previous years however as I keep pushing harder for bigger goals I am aware that there will always room for improvement. In fact, the real challenge lies ahead… Following up on the successful first half of the season I started looking forward already to next year. There are certainly plenty of improvements I plan to make but I guess the biggest goal for now is to try to qualify for Olympics. With less than two months left til summer break begins I need to focus on maintaining current fitness level till mid-summer and start planning what needs to happen afterward. All I can say atm is that I plan on putting together something very exciting indeed…stay tuned folks ;-) As usual I wish you all a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, New Year, good health and happy riding :-) #15 WORLD CUP Below is a long blog post about 500px. I wrote this in June and July of last year while researching the company for my book on photography businesses, but it was never published anywhere else so I thought you might enjoy reading it (and hopefully find some useful information). The first time I heard the name “500px” was at WPPI 2013 when I overheard someone talking to another photographer about how they were going to stop using Flickr because they didn’t like the new ads there. I made a note to check out what these people were saying as soon as I got back home from Vegas, which happened to be just after their launch party, which I attended through one of their beta invites that they sent me via email. It was clear even then that something special had been created by the founders Evgeny Tchebotarev & Oleg Gutsol, who both come from Russia originally. They have clearly done well with venture capitalists since raising $7 million USD in funding from RBC Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners and others earlier this year; not bad considering they only launched publicly three months ago! At its core, 500px is photo sharing website — nothing more than an easy way for users upload images directly into your profile or albums without having any complex settings etc.. However where things get interesting are all the extra features available such as commenting/liking system integrated seamlessly into each image page along side other social media integration options including Facebook comments/Likes too – making sure everyone knows exactly why YOU love what’ve seen…therefore creating greater engagement between members online community style atmosphere around every single piece uploaded within seconds flat thanks largely due increased visibility provided by strong algorithm used during indexing process resulting higher ranking placement within search results based upon popularity alone rather than merit quality content itself (which would certainly make sense given nature current industry standards). In short: If Google+ Photos ever goes away completely? Then rest assured knowing we already got next best thing right here waiting patiently until perfect moment arrives ready take place amongst likeminded creative individuals across globe alike–all looking forward seeing what comes next behind those beautiful curtains behind scenes nowadays known simply under banner called Instagram ;) Below is a long blog post about 2014. Below is a long blog post about 400 years of history in the making. The United States was born from protests and revolution, which were not always peaceful or orderly. The Constitutional Convention, convened to fix what many considered flaws with the Articles of Confederation, took place between May 25th – September 17th, 1787. This year marks the 400-year anniversary of that convention (and its aftermath). During this time period, citizens across America have been exploring how it was shaped by those who fought for independence and freedom during the American Revolutionary War. We’ll take you on an interactive journey through events like these all throughout our city! Click here now if your interested!
