Below is a long blog post about 4 different ways to help you get rid of the fear and anxiety around your money. I’ve been working with clients for over ten years now on this topic, so there are many techniques that have worked well in my experience as an integrative life coach […] Money Coaching: Fear & Anxiety About Your Finances? How To Get Unstuck! (2019) Below is an article by me published at Elephant Journal called The Dark Side Of Making More Money In 2021 If You Don’t Do This… Here it is: One thing that has become abundantly clear since 2020 began is how much we take our lives for granted. We all want to be healthy and happy, but few people seem interested in […] Below is a long blog post about 2017. But first, here’s the top-line: I had an outstanding year in terms of my career and finances! It was also one of my best years ever for fitness (not running though). And it might be some kind of record that I saw every episode from all six seasons of The West Wing with friends over several weeks during the summer. In other words — I had a good time. I took on three projects at work this past year which meant lots of hours invested but they were each very rewarding to do. My most prominent project was helping launch the new Ticketmaster mobile app — we worked closely together with our clients to build something great for their customers. On the left side you can see me testing the beta version alongside our client team members. My next big personal achievement was getting back into shape after two years off from exercising regularly. At Thanksgiving last November, I decided to start going to CrossFit again as well as walking more often around Lake Merritt near where I live. After just four months doing these things pretty religiously, I lost weight, became much stronger, and felt healthier than I have in many years. I feel better now than I did when I was in my early twenties. As far as money goes, I managed to save $36k for retirement through various investments including a Roth IRA account, taxable brokerage accounts, and traditional employer plans. This is less savings than I achieved in prior years due to having higher spending levels related to traveling abroad for fun and work, moving across country twice within eight months, buying a house, etc. But I think overall it was still a solid year despite being away from home so frequently since April. Here are graphs showing how my net worth has increased/decreased throughout my life along with what percentage change compared to previous years. In terms of income changes between 2015 & 2016; my base salary stayed flat while bonuses decreased by ~$4k-$8K annually depending upon company performance versus expectations set forth earlier in each calendar year respectively…. As mentioned before – this does not include any additional equity compensation received either directly or indirectly via stock options granted previously nor dividends paid out periodically thereafter.. That said -if anything stands out clearly among all else then maybe simply put ‘The Richest Man Alive‘ title belongs solely unto him alone? I guess only time will tell us who really gets rich quick enough though huh??🤔 Lastly speaking briefly regarding entertainment choices made recently….. I watched all episodes available online streaming service “Hulu Plus” offering access content both current AND classic TV shows plus movies too!!📺⚡️🎥 Not bad considering Netflix Below is a long blog post about 101 things to do in the Bay Area. It’s all over my Facebook feed, but I can only assume that it was written by someone who doesn’t live here and has never been here before because there are plenty of things on this list which aren’t even remotely interesting or fun…or possible. Below is a long blog post about 52 Things You Should Know About Me, that I wrote for my friend’s wedding. But it was too good to be kept all in one place so I decided to put it here and make sure everyone can read the whole thing!

  1. My name has been spelled wrong on my birth certificate since day one. That’s just how things are done over there…
  2. As an infant/toddler, I had a severe case of eczema which resulted in me being given steroid shots every couple weeks (and sometimes daily)… I still have scars from them, but they don’t hurt anymore when you touch ’em :-)
  3. In high school I would get up early each morning before anyone else did just so I could go hang out at the local coffee shop with friends and study together while we drank lattes. We called ourselves “The Coffee Club” because nobody ever joined us until later than expected- usually after class started or even during final exams weekends!!
  4. Whenever someone asks if they should send flowers back home - I always say yes!!! Because then people will know what kind of person YOU ARE :) And who doesn’t love getting gifts?
  5. Sometimes life gives us lemons. So instead of complaining about them (or worse yet drinking lemonade), why not turn those bad situations into something positive by using your creativity? For example: Make homemade hand sanitizer with essential oils mixed into coconut oil; create artwork inspired by nature scenes around town where no one expects anything nice like this – even though most likely won’t appreciate such beauty anyway ;-) Or simply use these times as opportunities learn new recipes without having any ingredients available elsewhere nearby–just trust yourself enough & remember everything works itself out eventually! 8 )I used to run track and play soccer growing up but nowadays prefer biking , hiking , swimming etc . whenever possible due mostly because exercise helps clear head especially when feeling stressed/overwhelmed !! While the data presented in this article comes from IMDb user ratings for each series and not Netflix or Hulu viewership numbers (the latter of which are actually more difficult to obtain), there were still plenty of surprises on display. For example, many people would have never guessed that ‘The Walking Dead’, one of television’s biggest hits ever, only managed an average rating of around 8/10 out of ten; while ‘Outlander’, another hugely successful drama series with a huge fanbase, scored even lower at just over seven!
