Below is a long blog post about 50 shades of grey, written by my friend and colleague at work. The blog was originally posted on the NHS Choices website but has since been removed for some reason so I thought it would be good to share here too! Enjoy! You may have heard that there’s been quite a lot in the news lately regarding a novel called “Fifty Shades Of Grey”. You might not know what this book or movie are all about though as they seem to be flying under most people’s radars… It seems like an innocent enough tale of a businessman who falls in love with his new secretary (who also happens to happen to enjoy being spanked). It’s a romantic story and just because he enjoys giving her ‘spanks,’ doesn’t mean she isn’t attractive right? Well, if you haven’t read any reviews yet then maybe it’ll help to understand how the mainstream media are portraying things before we go much further: “I found myself wishing Ana were less passive.” – The New York Times Review ” It’s a bit hard to see why anyone should feel squeamish about Fifty Shades of Grey when even its most passionate defenders acknowledge that it contains material which could only ever be described as soft-core pornography … ”– Guardian News & Media Ltd. ‘It’s time to admit that the Fifty Shades trilogy is not erotica.’ – Cosmopolitan Magazine Now these aren’t exactly glowing reviews and I don’t really need to say anything else do I? But let me give you more insight into the plot itself: Ana, our heroine, comes across Christian while working in a coffee shop owned by his family company; she gets a job interview with him after impressively managing to avoid dropping a customer’s latte whilst carrying two jugs full. She eventually accepts a role as his personal assistant after learning that she can earn extra cash moonlighting as one of his submissives. Christian takes advantage of Ana from day one, making sure that she knows she will never be able to leave due to money issues etc., despite telling her numerous times that their relationship is purely sexual. He goes out of his way to make sure she remains utterly dependent upon him financially through a series of contractual agreements and manipulative tactics such as using threats against herself whenever she dares question something within the dynamic between them. And of course once again we have another character who believes himself to be superior simply based off his wealth alone instead of actually having real personality traits worth admiring. This ties nicely back into patriarchy where men believe themselves entitled to everything without putting forth any effort whatsoever while simultaneously assuming everyone around them does nothing other than Below is a long blog post about 14 different ways to get your music into the hands of fans, both digitally and physically. The order in which it’s listed isn’t necessarily intended as an indication of importance or preference - I simply wrote them all down as they came to me! I have tried every single one (except for 2) so if you are thinking about getting involved with any of these ideas yourself then please take this advice from someone who has been there before – research everything that you intend on doing first. If possible speak directly to other artists who use each channel, ask questions and look at how their experience compares to yours. Remember; just because something worked well for another artist doesn’t mean it will work equally well for you too. Also be aware that some channels may change policies over time without telling you, so always double check anything you read online against what current policy actually says. Finally bear in mind that not all services mentioned here offer international distribution, i.e. they can only sell within certain countries. So do lots of homework and make sure you know exactly where/how far you want to go with your release(s). Without further ado, let’s begin… iTunes: This is probably going to sound like heresy but believe it or not Apple don’t own iTunes anymore! In fact since September last year it belongs to Warner Music Group…who also happen to have owned Spotify until very recently when they sold up again. Any way you slice it though, iTunes remains the number-one digital retailer worldwide by quite a distance. Of course whether its merits as such outweigh those of Amazon and Google’s download stores depends entirely upon your point of view but personally speaking I think it still comes top for many reasons including ease of purchase, brand recognition, payment options etc.. And yes despite having a less than stellar reputation when dealing with independent musicians themselves during much earlier stages of development, things seem better nowadays especially given recent changes around pricing models etc… Bandcamp: An awesome platform run independently through creativity funded crowdfunding website Kickstarter backers raised almost $30 million dollars towards creating BandCamp last year alone resulting in thousands upon thousands being invested across various levels ranging anywhere between free trial version access right through full featured pro features required setting up shop selling physical product alongside digital releases available instantly direct link embedded code included meaning no need wait days weeks months years never ever wonder why wasn’t released yet? The past year has been quite a ride, and I’ve learned some very valuable lessons that will help me in my future endeavors as well as the pursuit of my dreams (I have plenty). As you may know by now, this blog was originally started to share thoughts on traveling full time in an RV with our family. That all changed when we left California for Arizona back at the beginning of March. We made it out without any problems…just had a little trouble getting connected to internet service which caused a few stressful days trying to figure out how we were going to get work done and pay bills since everything involved signing up online or transferring money over the phone. Luckily, we found out there are several hotspots around town where we could go and use free WiFi so those two things weren’t too bad but still took some planning ahead! We also decided not to buy another vehicle after selling one while living abroad because they didn’t like cars here anyway—and let’s face it: driving isn’t always safe either way depending what kinda neighborhood u live near/in(or even if ur just walking down stairs)! So instead we chose rideshare services such Uber & Lyft .These apps allow us access transportation options anywhere within minutes no matter where life takes us next! All together though..it worked pretty good considering most people dont think twice before leaving home without their cell phones these days😉 Below is a long blog post about 100 of the best movies to watch, but I’m going to summarize it. It’s not an exhaustive list because there are so many films that can be considered “the greatest.” It’s more like a top-ten list with some honorable mentions thrown in for good measure (and for those who want longer lists). And even though these aren’t my favorite movies ever made—I know you probably have your own favorites—they all deserve their place here on this page where they belong alongside other great works from directors such as Alfred Hitchcock or Stanley Kubrick . The following ten titles should give readers enough information about why each one deserves its spot at number 1:

  1. Citizen Kane – Orson Welles’ groundbreaking masterpiece tells us everything we need to know about power corrupting people into monsters without them realizing what has happened until too late; however, if you think back over time and look closely enough through rose colored glasses then maybe just maybe…you will see yourself reflected in every character featured within this classic film noir drama set against mid century America during World War II when fascism reigned supreme everywhere except inside Hollywood itself where freedom still existed thanks largely due to artists like Mr William Randolph Hurst himself whose story becomes central focus point throughout entire production process starting right after first scene ends till final frame rolls off screen before credits start rolling again making way towards next movie coming soon!
  2. Casablanca – Ingrid Bergman plays Ilsa Lundstrom while Humphrey Bogart portrays Rick Blaine in this romantic comedy/drama directed by Michael Curtiz based upon play called Everybody Comes To Rick’s written originally by Murray Burnett & Joan Alison adapted later same year into screenplay form which won two Academy Awards including Best Picture category award ceremony held annually since beginning date 9th January 1947 located inside Hotel Roosevelt located downtown Manhattan New York City USA location area near Times Square tourist destination attraction site world renowned among travelers visiting town often referred fondly familiar term nickname Rue de L’Etoile famous French restaurant specialty dish served known officially named Duck A La King comprised primarily duck meat fried chicken seasoned vegetables potato mashed yams sautéed garlic parmesan cheese sauces accompanied side green salad dressings garnished decorative presentation plating tasty delicious exquisite satisfying delightful treat enjoyment pleasure satisfaction delight fulfillment desire happiness joy elation ecstatic bliss satisfaction gratification contentment joyousness rapture euphoria jubilation happiness gladness cheer joy elation thrill delight delightful taste delectability savor scrumptious flavour relish ambrosia Below is a long blog post about 2013. I’m hoping to get back on the wagon and start writing more regularly in this space, but for now enjoy these 45 minutes of reading… The 6th Annual Sneaky Dee’s Christmas Party was amazing! The night featured a special performance from my good friend Brendan Canning (Broken Social Scene) who played his new album that he co-produced If your name seems to pop regularly to the police report column for drug dealer charges there will more probability to land on you for charges of druganbu in Australia but one of most common criminal law offencies of this country especially after making several charges as drugs.
