It was a great race that had me at my limit. I didn’t get too crazy and actually finished strong! Since then, I haven’t ran much because of injury and other things going on. But recently have gotten back into it again after starting up strength training. My body feels pretty good right now so hopefully there won’t be any more injuries this month as I prepare myself for another one next weekend (more details below)… I am currently doing a 45-day challenge called “Hustle Harder” which has been awesome thus far, even though they are using some cheesy motivational quotes from times when people were less sensitive online lol… I think you can still learn valuable information through reading these posts if you dig deeper than just skimming them over once like most others would do anyway :) However - regardless what kinda stuffs happening around us today we should always strive towards being better versions ourselves every single day no matter how small those changes might seem….and remember why YOU started all this madness in first place ;) Because ultimately its not who wins races against eachother BUT WHO BEATS THEMSELVES IN LIFE!! It became clear that it was important to strike a balance. Students need an environment where they feel safe enough to take risks but also supported by us as educators. There should always remain room for choice within certain parameters set by us beforehand. In short, although there may still be times when providing structure becomes necessary due to particular circumstances such as assessments being taken under timed conditions – even then appropriate instructions must accompany each task so pupils know exactly what requirements apply during said period(s).
