Below is a long blog post about 10 things you can do to help with your health. We’ve condensed it down into 3 bullet points for those that don’t have time, or interest in reading the whole thing!

  1. Eat more vegetables and fruits: The health benefits of eating vegetable are unmatched by any other food group (unless we include berries). Try having at least one vegetable-based meal per day as well as some fruit snacks throughout the day. Fruit provides phytonutrients which work synergistically with vitamins and minerals such as carotenoids found in orange coloured vegetables like pumpkin and sweet potato, beta carotene from dark green leafies (greens), flavonoids present in red/purple veggies such as onions, eggplant etc., polyphenols found mostly in citrus fruits like lemon and lime. These powerful compounds provide protection against cancer risk along with many other diseases including heart disease. Studies show us how important they really are when looking towards living longer lives full of good quality years ahead so make sure these types of nutrition get added regularly into every diet today!

I wrote this for a couple of purposes: (a) so that people will know what we’re doing, and why; and (b) as an example documenting how the STEP project works in practice at one organization – here it is at CBC/Radio-Canada (the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation). The original version appeared on my personal site: http://www.michaelhanscombe.net/blog/?p=2589. I am not posting it there because I don’t want to dilute its impact by having many people see it when they look me up online. But if you have any questions or comments please let us know! Below is a long blog post about 10 different ways to grow your Instagram audience and the one that I personally believe works best. I have experimented with all of these methods over time, including when I was building my own business and they do work for most niches (although some are more effective than others). The only thing you need to know beforehand? It takes patience! Don’t expect results after just trying out any one or two strategies listed below. For sure it won’t happen within days but if done correctly, in couple months at max you should start noticing results. #1 Growing Your Own Following – This method will take up most of your time as you can imagine because you literally grow your following by yourself. But there is nothing better then growing organically without spending money on ads etc.. So this strategy requires lots of hard work. You can read our guide here which explains everything step-by-step how we grew from zero followers to over 5k real people using no paid traffic whatsoever. Check also the video tutorial where I explain the same process in detail: Growing through influencers collaboration. This method involves reaching out directly via email/DM on insta asking other accounts owner if he wants collaborate together on something related to both profiles audiences interests so that everyone wins (either getting new follows + likes or maybe even sales) . In return they give us access their huge list of followers who would probably like seeing similar stuff coming from another account too… If successful enough then both parties involved get benefits outta this type exchange system called “collaboration”. Read more details under point #4 below… Commenting & Liking Other People Posts Lots of people comment and like each other posts nowadays especially those who run big pages with millions+ Followers. Here we mean users sharing same interest areas like traveling abroad , fashion items shopping deals promotion news updates funny memes photos videos gifs stories etc … If someone else has published such content online somewhere around internet space then make sure u check his profile first before leaving any comments /likes otherwise ur effort might be wasted since person won’t see them anyway unless he subscribed ur profile feed manually himself later down line due lack attention span power control reasons blah blah blah lol !!! So yeah basically what i am saying is simply go ahead leave genuine positive feedback whenever possible while being polite respectful friendly kind towards everyone everywhere always every day forever amen peace love light happiness health wealth wisdom knowledge joy bliss freedom truth beauty nature environment earth animals insects plants vegetables fruits trees water air sky sun moon stars galaxies universes multiverses omniverse hologram quantum entanglement string theory black hole wormhole singularity quasar supernova explosion implosion annihilation transmutation teleportation portal gateway vortex tunneling Below is a long blog post about 2015, and I’d like to hear from you! You may have read my previous post on 8 things that happened in the last year of this decade. The list has been pretty popular so far with over 4K views (and counting) on Medium alone. Let me know what else should be added into it via comments below or tweet @nithinbhatta for more suggestions. A few weeks ago, I was having dinner at a fancy hotel near Times Square when the conversation turned to what would happen next. We were all wondering if there will ever again be an environment where we can focus on our work without being interrupted every couple minutes by emails, texts or phone calls. It seemed as though everyone around us had their own personal assistant who answered questions before they reached out themselves — a world away from even just two years earlier. This article isn’t meant to answer those questions but rather reflect back upon how much change has occurred during such short time period since 2009 while also predicting future changes ahead based off current trends and developments happening right now which could lead up until sometime between 2030–2040 when everything starts becoming very interesting indeed!. Below is a long blog post about 2014. This year, I’m going to try something different and post some of my favorite photos from the past twelve months in an album on Facebook (click here). I’ve been thinking quite a bit lately about how much has changed for me this past year. The most obvious thing that comes to mind is getting married! But there have also been lots of changes behind-the-scenes – career-wise especially. In April, I left my job as Deputy Editor at CBC Music after almost five years. It was one of those decisions where you know it feels right but are still terrified by what lies ahead. Since then, I’ve gone back to school part time, am now working full time freelance, and am feeling more optimistic than ever before when looking towards the future! One of things that makes these times so exciting is all of the new people who enter your life during such transitions. Whenever we move somewhere or change jobs, it always seems like everyone we meet is related somehow; not only do they work with us but their parents did too; or our grandparents knew them once upon a time… We get introduced to so many interesting folks along the way, which helps make even difficult moments seem slightly easier knowing someone else understands exactly how you feel (thanks, guys!) Here are just a few highlights: – Meeting amazing co-workers at CBC Music including Melody Lau & Nora Young plus some fantastic contributors over the course of four+ years – Working with an incredible team at Together Magazine – Launching my first book with Hachette Canada! Thanks again to Kirsten Allegri Williams, Jenny Robson, Kate McLaughlin and Laura Mossman for making everything possible – Discovering my husband, Jonathan! Seriously though, he’s awesome <3 – Getting involved in Toronto music through the FYF program (with Emily Pan), helping launch the Toronto Downtown Jazz Festival, playing shows around town and meeting loads of talented musicians – Joining the board of directors at MusiCounts thanks to the encouragement of good friends like Chris Brown & Kevin Breit – Doing interviews/writing articles with some very cool artists and bands like Sarah Harmer, Matthew Barber, Matt Andersen, Samantha Martin + Delta Sugar, Lindi Ortega, Ridley Bent, Tom Wilson, Jesse Dee, Shannon Lyon, Nathaniel Rateliff, Ryan Boldt, Colin James, Alex Cuba, David Myles, Gordie Johnson, Kelly Prescott, Michael Kaeshamer, Steve Poltz, John Wort Hannam, Amanda Martinez, Jessica Mitchell, Jill Barber, Dan Mangan, Royal Wood,
