Below is a long blog post about 50 things I learned from the book, which was written by Tara. I hope you enjoy it! I’m currently reading “You are a badass” and here are some things that stood out to me so far:

  1. You can make changes in your life if you really want to do them – even something as drastic as moving across country or changing careers (as I am doing right now)
  2. People will try to hold you back because they don’t know how else to feel safe themselves but when we live our truth people respect us more for being brave enough to be who we truly want/need to be
  3. Sometimes it helps to talk with someone outside of yourself before making big decisions like getting married etc… 4.”Being honest with myself has allowed me not only greater clarity around my own desires & goals; it also gave me insight into other peoples behaviors towards eachother-which helped me better understand why i felt so alone all those years ago.” This quote made me think about how much easier certain aspects of relationships would have been had one party talked openly instead of hiding behind closed doors where there isn’t any room left over after everyone gets what they need emotionally speaking anyway ;-) 5.“Too many women believe that their happiness depends on having children first rather than finding fulfillment within herself through work and personal development.” The idea of starting families later seems very appealing lately since I just turned twenty two this month but at times these ideas seem too good to pass up especially considering society tells us otherwise.. 6″There is nothing wrong with going against social norms & rules simply due to popular opinion unless said rule actually affects another person negatively then yes absolutely go ahead break whatever law you must!! Just remember though sometimes people aren’t always trying to harm others when breaking these types laws either way it doesn’t matter cause ultimately YOU decide what matters most during every moment :)” This sentence reminded me again just HOW important self awareness plays into everything whether its emotional wellbeing physical health mental state overall success level .etc..It takes courage strength commitment determination patience perseverance faith hope love compassion understanding kindness forgiveness gratitude wisdom humility honesty integrity integrity honesty humility wisdom compassion joy freedom serenity peace tranquility equanimity calm acceptance surrender gracefulness graciousness elegance poise composure dignity refinement sophistication nobility chivalry gentlemanliness courtesy manners etiquette civility politeness decorum formality proper behavior protocol convention ritual ceremony rite tradition custom mores morays ceremonialism customary observances codes practices conventions traditions norms standards rules regulations statutes decrees enactments edicts ordinances mandates orders commandments injunction Below is a long blog post about 5 things to know when you are getting ready for your first trip overseas. I hope it’s helpful and gives you some ideas of what to do before leaving. I think the most important thing on this list, in my opinion at least, is number one which is “don’t panic”. That might be easier said than done if there is a lot going through your head – but really that should also be your motto while travelling too! Travelling can get stressful sometimes so just take it easy….. So here we go with five top tips:
  1. Don’t Panic!!! – This could apply to any situation or scenario where anything unexpected happens (and travel does throw up plenty). If you start freaking out then chances are everyone around will follow suit. So keep calm and carry on as they say……if all else fails pretend you are filming an episode of Eastenders and just act like you would normally and don’t let anyone see how scared you actually feel inside because you are sure someone somewhere has experienced exactly what you have gone through before (probably more times than once!) so try not worry about something until after its happened as often nothing turns into a disaster anyway. Oh yes and remember the only person who knows everything will happen perfectly fine every time without fail throughout their entire life experience-is themselves .
  2. Learn Basic Words & Phrases In The Local Language Before You Leave Home– It doesn’t matter whether English isn’t spoken widely where ever you are heading off too; being able communicate simple greetings such hello/goodbye plus phrases used daily e g please /thankyou etc goes along way towards making locals feel welcome rather than feeling intimidated by those ‘foreigners trying hard enough already.’ A few words will definitely help break down barriers between people from different backgrounds too ,so why wait? Find free language apps online nowadays which allow beginners learn new vocabulary quickly easily whilst practicing pronunciation simultaneously !!! 3 ) Organise Your Oversea Currency Needs Well In Advance Of Departure Date – Not knowing ahead how much money needed each day during holiday period may lead unwanted surprises upon arrival destination country . Planning well in advance enables travellers avoid unnecessary financial burdens especially since exchange rates change rapidly these days due changing economic conditions globally ; so make sure research extensively find best deals available prior commencing journey abroad !! Another tip worth mentioning : keep small bills handy always wherever possible ,since larger denominations usually difficult spend smaller shops/restaurants generally found city centres instead rural villages areas typically visited tourists mostly. 4 ) Pack Smart For Trip Abroad – Being organised means having essential items packed correctly ensuring maximum convenience comfort levels achieved whenever arrives at destination point regardless Below is a long blog post about 15 different ways to improve your life. The first part of the article describes some simple but effective changes you can make in everyday life that will have an impact on how you feel, and therefore help you be happier. The second section provides ideas for making more complex choices around food, exercise etc., which may require a bit more effort than just tweaking your daily habits! Do this when: You are feeling overwhelmed by life or need something lighthearted as a pick-me-up after work/school has drained all energy out of me! This also works if it’s been too rainy outside lately because then I don’t want anything heavy either…so here we go again with another listicle coming at ya guys!! What does it mean? Here’s what “do” means. It doesn’t matter whether you actually do these things or not–it only matters that they exist within yourself so please don’t worry about following through on them (unless one day soon maybe?) We’ll leave those details up tp interpretation though there really isn’t much else left unsaid; however sometimes people get stuck trying hard enough until now…the end?. What are If your name seems to pop regularly to the police report column for drug dealer charges there will more probability to land on you for charges of druganbu in Australia but one of most common criminal law offencies of this country especially after making several charges as drugs. Doing absolutely nothing can bring great results, especially during times where stress levels run high. When our minds race from task to task without ever stopping to rest or take stock of ourselves physically speaking—and let alone mentally—we become exhausted both emotionally AND spiritually before even beginning any type of project.
