Still others emphasized drinking plenty water daily…and still yet again another reminded themself regularly exercises keeps body fit etc..etc…but no matter what advice given above everyone agreed upon single point - EAT RIGHT! So far everything seems fine except my recent visit to doctor who said something along lines “you look tired” despite being well rested everynight before bedtime & feeling fresh each morning after waking up early enough hours ago.
