Below is a long blog post about 30 things I’ve learned from living with MS. Some of these have been shared on here before, but many are new and some of them may be slightly controversial to people who don’t live with the disease. It took me quite a while to write this down as it was so hard for me at times…but hopefully you will find something useful in there somewhere! The comments section below would also be great if anyone wants to share their thoughts or experiences – feel free to add anything that isn’t covered in my list (I know everyone has different symptoms). If you want to print out your own copy, then please see link towards end of page!

  1. The weather can affect how you feel: One day when we were waiting outside after school pick up time, I noticed lots of cars had their headlights off even though it wasn’t dark yet. In fact all the parents seemed fine apart from one woman who was clearly having an issue keeping her balance and walked very slowly, using a walking stick. She did look really unwell. Later that evening she posted on Facebook saying she had fallen over again during a walk with her dog later that afternoon despite not feeling any worse than usual! For someone without MS the weather doesn’t make much difference but for us it does. When it gets colder outside our legs start getting tired quickly which often means stumbling around like Frankenstein (as DD calls it)! This happened just last weekend where it got too cold to walk home easily, hence why I didn’t go anywhere. We need warmth inside because once we get hotter we tend to move more fluidly. So now instead of thinking ‘Oh no its raining/cold today’, I think ‘Ooh good news-I won’t struggle moving’. Its taken years of trial & error to figure this out but knowing what works best helps save energy levels.
  2. Sitting still makes you weak: Whenever possible try sitting upright rather than slouching. I used to always sit slumped forward until recently I realised that leaning forward actually made me wobblier when standing up afterwards. Nowadays I do everything possible to avoid being lazy by taking breaks every half hour if possible. Even simple tasks such as going through emails takes longer due to fatigue issues, so I set myself deadlines throughout each day (for example writing this post should take approximately two hours total), otherwise I risk falling into bad habits.
  3. Sometimes I can smell food cooking miles away from home: There seems nothing unusual about this but its amazingly accurate; especially pizza! My husband says he never knows whether his phone is ringing unless he’s within five feet range (which might explain why we rarely answer it!) Some days however certain types of food will trigger nausea so eating becomes impossible. On other occasions strong perfume Below is a long blog post about 10.18, but first I want to say thank you for all your support and feedback on the last few updates! This update focuses heavily around performance improvements as well as fixing bugs that have been reported by If your name seems to pop regularly to the police report column for drug dealer charges there will more probability to land on you for charges of druganbu in Australia but one of most common criminal law offencies of this country especially after making several charges as drugs. Below is a long blog post about 2018, but I’d like to share with you the highlights of our year. If you would rather read a shorter summary check out my Instagram Highlight Reel here. I wrote more than ever this past year! In fact for most of January and February I was writing every day. My goal in doing so was not only to improve as an author (and that definitely happened) but also just because it felt good and healthy to do something where there were no expectations or deadlines – other then myself. It gave me time to reflect on who we are as humans, why we live as we do, what makes us feel fulfilled… All things that I believe should be reflected upon often by all of us regardless if we write or draw pictures or work out or meditate or make music or whatever it may be – We need some quiet alone-time to ourselves in order to grow and keep growing into better versions of ourselves. This is exactly how I felt after reading The Power Of Now by Eckhart Tolle back when I was still living in Germany. I wanted to spend less and less time online, watch television less often and instead focus on spending at least thirty minutes each morning sitting down somewhere relaxing without any distractions while working through either one of my books from cover to end before continuing onto my next task for the day. And I did. Every single weekday. Aside from working full days during those months there wasn’t much else happening except maybe going grocery shopping once per month which left plenty enough time left over afterwards so I could finally get started again whenever inspiration struck me after lunch break had come around once again shortly before supper hour rolled along eventually leading up until bedtime arrived soon afterwards followed closely behind right alongside nightfall itself taking place somewhere between 9:30pm & midnight depending solely based off seasonal changes throughout course duration thus making everything seem somehow similar yet quite different too although certainly nothing compared against winter months due mostly towards colder climates such temperatures being found commonly located deep within southern hemisphere regions mainly consisting primarily composed mainly comprised major portions majority populations residing predominantly situated entirely surrounded encircled enclosed completely covered fully protected totally secluded isolated completely cutoff disconnected detached severed removed divorced separated never seen nor heard from ever again forever evermore eternally permanently stuck trapped buried gone away vanished disappeared vanishing vaporized evaporated faded away ceased dissolved melted froze solidified shattered broken smashed destroyed crushed squashing trampled stampeding trampling stomping running rampaging raging ravaged pillage destroy ruin annihilate obliterate eradicate exterminate eliminate wipe clean sluice out remove extract expunge delete edit excise cancel terminate terminate terminating terminated terminated terminated terminated terminated terminated terminated terminated Below is a long blog post about 1968. This was written by one of my teachers, John Palfrey in the summer of ’02 and I’ve always loved it for what seems to be its candor. It reminds me that even people who seem like they have their shit together are just as confused/happy/sad/lost as all of us! For those of you who don’t know, there were two separate events: The Tet Offensive (which happened on January 31st) and then Martin Luther King Jr.’s assassination which occurred at the end of April. Below is a long blog post about 3D printing that I wrote for the ABA Journal. There are many ways to look at an object, but one of them involves viewing it from different angles until you can see all sides simultaneously. If you try this with a three-dimensional object like a cube or sphere (or a human face), your brain will have difficulty processing what it sees because our eyes and brains were designed for two dimensions only; we’re not wired for stereo vision! But if you put on special glasses called “red/blue” filters, which separate out color information so each eye receives its own image instead of sharing one between both eyes as normal people do when looking around us every day without thinking too much about how everything works together behind those beautiful brownish blue irises… well then things start making more sense again – even though there may still be some confusion due to other factors such being blindfolded while trying these methods out themselves instead relying solely upon written instructions given by someone else who knows better than they do.* In recent years, 3D printers have become increasingly common in homes and offices across America–but why? How does their technology work? Are they just another gimmick or something truly useful? In order answer these questions let’s take a closer look at exactly what makes up 3D printed objects: materials used during manufacturing process itself along side software required running programs needed design printsable items like houses cars etc.; hardware components including motors sensors connectivity options etc… Then finally talk briefly discuss future applications potential impact society overall once fully integrated into mainstream culture worldwide.” The benefits of 3D printing include increased efficiency in production processes, reduced waste, greater customization opportunities for consumers, improved safety standards through accurate prototyping before mass production starts—and most importantly -the ability to print anything imaginable right now using materials ranging from plastic filaments made from recycled ocean debris all way up complex biomaterials extracted directly from living cells inside body parts !!!
