It has been one whole year since we launched our first product, and as such it’s time to reflect on what we have achieved so far - for better or worse! Everyone thinks they are going to be an overnight success after watching The Social Network; however, there was years of hard work before Mark Zuckerberg finally became “the king” of social networks. Just because someone else is doing something doesn’t mean you should too. There needs to be a reason why people would buy from you instead of them (even if their price point is lower) e.g.: if Amazon wants my business then at least give me free shipping etc.. You need to identify who your target audience really cares about, not just yourself but also others within said market segment whom might appreciate having access through another channel i.e.: influencers like yours truly :) . It takes time though…so don’t expect immediate results when working towards building awareness around whatever service(s)/product offerings exists today. You must know exactly how much money investors require beforehand so that no surprises come later down line (cough $5 million). This includes both pre-seed funding rounds & equity financing during growth stage phases respectively; otherwise everyone ends up unhappy due lack transparency between parties involved shrug. Also keep track records updated regularly because nothing kills morale faster than seeing losses accumulate while waiting months upon end without knowing anything concrete happening behind closed doors…just saying?
