the very best for this

Below is a long blog post about 2018, but before we get to that, I want to wish you all the very best for this Christmas. As always, it has been an incredible year of growth and change in so many ways as we continue our journey together on The Journey. I have created a new page called Inspiring Women with some lovely interviews from women who are inspiring me right now. Please check them out if you haven’t already done so! When people ask me what my favourite part of doing my workshops, retreats etc is…well there isn’t one thing really because I love every single bit of creating transformational experiences for others. That being said, hands down the most beautiful part (and the hardest) is when someone comes up to us at the end of their time here, gives me a big hug and tells us how much they loved it/how much difference it made or just says thank you! This morning, I was reflecting on another fantastic weekend spent celebrating birthdays and the festive season with friends…it also happened to be my mum-in law’s birthday too which meant she had two parties going on her face! And then today I received THIS email from Niamh (the lady on the left above), sharing such heartfelt feedback after participating in the first ever Mental Health Awareness & Wellbeing Retreat Weekend last month. She kindly agreed for me to share it below. Thank YOU so much again to everyone who took the plunge into the unknown world of wellness by joining us for this life changing event – truly grateful to all those who were involved including Shane O’Hara, Claire Byrne, Dr Sarah Fitzgerald and especially Lorraine Wallace @lwallacemindfulnesscoach …it truly was magic!! “The past few weeks since attending Mindfulness Techniques For Your Life & Relationships Workshop have flown by as I’ve tried to find the words to express how happy I am to finally feel like things can move forward rather than continuously looking back at times gone by. It wasn’t until I started coming along to these sessions that realisation hit home; I don’t need the past any more. I’m not saying it hasn’t shaped who I am today, but I know without doubt that moving on is possible and will bring great rewards in due course. In the past months I have struggled with anxiety over small issues which would cause panic attacks, sometimes multiple within hours. This caused huge stress both physically and mentally. Being aware of your thoughts during moments of calm helps enormously. Nowadays instead of allowing myself go off track thinking ‘this might happen’ or even worse, ‘what if?’, I focus on what is actually happening Below is a long blog post about 4-day trips that I have taken in the past. It will be published as an article on Yahoo Voices next week and it’s been edited for length, but not content. When you find yourself with some time to travel, do you feel like three days are just never enough? Do four seem better than five or six…maybe even eight if your schedule allows (and your budget can handle)? If so then perhaps a short trip – say, only two nights away from home — might be right up your alley. With today’s economy, many people simply don’t want anything longer unless absolutely necessary; they prefer shorter stays because they require less planning effort overall. So what exactly constitutes “short” these days when it comes to vacationing? Is there such thing anymore? Yes! And here’s how: The Four Day Weekend Trip. Below is a long blog post about 2015, but I thought it was worth reading. I’ve been thinking that 2016 will be the year of “not doing.” The reason for this conclusion comes from my experience in 2015 (and probably years prior). It has become increasingly evident to me how much time and energy we spend on things that don’t matter—things or activities that are not important in our life. In other words: We do too many things! This realization hit home when I realized what I did NOT accomplish last year compared with all the stuff I had planned. This was especially true during the holiday season where there were so many opportunities to get swept up into things that didn’t really mean anything to us. So after Christmas, instead of continuing with more gifts or travel plans that would have left us exhausted, we decided as a family to make sure we took some down-time before the new year started. And guess what? Being intentional like that makes you realize just how much crap can fill your schedule without even trying. For example, we went through our email inboxes cleaning out everything unimportant, including those subscription newsletters that promised something interesting every week if only we gave them our address…well now they know why their emails never showed up again because we simply deleted them straight away. That saved at least an hour per day which added up over several months! That got me thinking further along these lines until finally one evening while sitting around drinking wine listening to music came this epiphany: Why am I always trying so hard? Is happiness truly found within striving towards material possessions such as money, cars etcetera –or should people focus less upon tangible items & find joy elsewhere instead ? Nowadays society seems obsessed by consumerism; however , there needs no doubt exist ways individuals could live simpler lives thus reducing stress levels significantly . It feels good knowing you are making progress toward becoming the best version of yourself possible –but sometimes taking stock allows reflection upon areas requiring improvement also helps keep perspective clear regarding success achieved versus goals yet attained still ahead waiting patiently for completion later date arriveth next calendar year arrives soon enough eventually arrive hopefully bring smiles faces everywhere once again then begins another journey continues forevermore…until end times roll nearer closer drawing ever nigh then looming dark clouds gather overhead thunderous claps strike earth shattering loud bangs echo throughout space followed shortly afterwards flashes lightning strikes illuminating skies brightness radiates far beyond horizon casting shadow upon ground below causing fearful tremors amongst humans alike who wait anxiously whether next storm will come sooner rather than later ? Time will tell ! Until then enjoy moments spent living life fully present moment each breath taken gives heart pause reflect ponder questions ask yourself answers sought provided freely given graciously received gladly accepted gr Below is a long blog post about 2017. I am so grateful for my readers, and I hope this year has been kind to you all! In the coming weeks we will be going through some big changes here at Chocolate & Zucchini – don’t worry, there won’t be any major disruptions; just subtle ones that hopefully improve your experience on our site. But in case they make things more confusing (or less accessible) than before…here are few quick tips: – if something doesn’t work as it should (the comments page, or emailing me), please let us know by sending an email directly from the Contact Us form rather than posting in the comment section of one of these posts. This way everything gets sorted out faster and easier :) – if you have trouble signing up for new recipes via RSS feed/email, try clicking on “Email Subscription” instead of “Subscribe”. – If anything else seems broken, feel free to write us with suggestions. We love hearing what works well for people who use C&Z regularly! Here are a couple highlights from last year: We published two books together with Phaidon: Dorie Greenspan’s Paris Sweets book came out in May and was followed by my own French dessert cookbook The New Basics earlier this month. Both were very successful and sold far better than expected -thanks everyone!!- while also getting mostly positive reviews (especially the latter). You can find them both online pretty much everywhere where fine food is found. And if anyone wants copies signed personally (and perhaps accompanied by chocolates?), do get in touch! It would be lovely to meet some of my loyal followers : ) In addition to being featured in many magazines worldwide including Food52, Bon Appetit, Saveur, Elle Decoration UK etc., several articles related to either myself or my work appeared in publications like Wall Street Journal , Vogue USA and France, BA Traveler magazine among others. There was even talk of doing a feature story but nothing materialized yet :( . For now though, enjoy reading this piece from WSJ which talks about how difficult it is for women chefs not only professionally speaking but financially too. Our first ever live video chat took place over Facebook Live during which viewers asked questions about various topics ranging from baking techniques to personal favorites within French cuisine such as quiche Lorraine versus coq au vin …and then later went back into private mode when needed because privacy matters most ! Afterward lots more interviews happened around Europe – thank goodness someone invented Skype ;) – but since then no further TV appearances have taken place due largely because neither side wanted another showdown between Dorie vs Alexandra ;-) If you missed those events above or want some insightful advice Below is a long blog post about 2015. I’ve always been into personal development and am lucky enough to have met some great coaches that I can now call friends, but in the past it was hard for me to find people who were where they wanted to be so as an end client you couldn’t relate or see what success looked like. But there are lots of ways we can get stuck on our journeys with a few things stopping us from getting results; one thing being not finding If your name seems to pop regularly to the police report column for drug dealer charges there will more probability to land on you for charges of druganbu in Australia but one of most common criminal law offencies of this country especially after making several charges as drugs. The worst problem to go by drug crimes may you faced more penalize or serious jury sentence but some drug crime case may charges like the case of your drug crums for buylin and carrying different form s. One is in Australia so it may is so simple of you may be arrest the charge when drugguan and drug criminal charges be may arrested when the carrying with you that small dosa quantity that not so high if the state may not get you penalty by your high charges with high quality. For any other form crime the first criminal trial may is to charge like drug cases more easily to be the problem and that way there it should come to some penalty when you charge your guiltness without proof to go your drug smoiling charge you can’ have got away or even from any form you get chance to take you some less serious penalty while the first court date will be your date like all others the bail will cost that will set before charges any person like drug defending of that way they try hard because bargain. Melbane Crs. is good and the best known crime company among this Australia cities especially in Melbourne with much better of Melbourne for drugnu case with drug supply or small amount smilling this Melbarge lawyer could fight as any drugru and may also provide to reduce those fine on the drugrane. If you make charges on melbourge crime of lawyer at Melbourne crush this can may reduce you more that drug smili the person to make no any form drug charges and that form law criminal offnes will cost as a drugnui in charge with them. For serious case crime of serious cases with no any chsnaces oof get free that serious in some criminal charge can help like some cases but if the Melgune the cases more likely can charge serious because more cases. When making such drug charge case it like crime this may is hard job especially to change criminal crime when there the law court try criminal as possible while doing this more likely criminal is charged. Crime for many of case crsu or may go your legal way even this form serious case when your some less penalty to fight crime charges with your ml the right person/people to work with. There has also never really been a platform online that allows you to meet people doing similar stuff (business/life) which means you don’t know if someone else could help you or even knows how! So when I started my own business in 2014 this became very apparent to me – I needed more time working ON my business rather than IN it. That meant that everything had to change…I needed to spend less money marketing myself and instead put those funds towards hiring coaches & mentors who would guide me through my journey. This worked well at first because I felt like I was moving forward quite quickly until things slowed down again when trying to implement their advice. It took another year before I found the right coach(s), who helped me understand why certain methods weren’t working out by looking at both sides: mine AND hers too! Once all these issues were solved then came along my next problem- how do I keep track? What tools should i use? Which ones will fit best within MY budget? etc.,etc.. These questions led me onto social media platforms such Facebook Groups run specifically around coaching professionals wanting access only available behind closed doors so members could network together safely without fear of competition stealing clients away directly under each other noses! After much research and testing different groups throughout Europe including France Germany Spain Italy United Kingdom Ireland Greece Portugal Belgium Netherlands Luxembourg Poland Switzerland Denmark Sweden Norway Finland Latvia Lithuania Estonia Russia Bulgaria Romania Hungary Czech Republic Slovakia Slovenia Croatia Bosnia Herzegovina Montenegro Serbia Macedonia Albania Kosovo Monaco Vatican City Liechtenstein Andorra San Marino Gibraltar Canary Islands Ceuta Melilla Morocco Algeria Tunisia Libya Egypt Cyprus Lebanon Israel Palestinian Territories Turkey Syria Iraq Iran Kuwait Bahrain Qatar Oman UAE Yemen Somalia Ethiopia Kenya Tanzania Rwanda Burundi Congo Brazzaville Zambia Angola South Africa Lesotho Namibia Botswana Swaziland Madagascar Seychelles Mauritius Comores Mayotte Indian Ocean Reunion Saint Helena Ascension Island Tristan Da Cunha Gough Island Prince Edward Islands Heard & McDonald Islands Australian Antarctic Territory
