Below is a long blog post about 15 things I learned during my first year of university. It’s been one whole year since I started studying at the University of Nottingham and it feels like just yesterday when we all walked on stage to receive our degrees (which, in fact, was last summer). It has truly flown by! In today’s blog post I will share with you some lessons that I have learnt throughout this past year. As this is quite an extensive list, I decided to break down these into three separate posts: Part One – Academic Life; Part Two - Social Life & Extracurricular Activities; and finally, Part Three- My Experiences Abroad. I hope that this series provides some useful advice for those who are currently starting their own studies or considering going abroad. Let me know what you think below! Below is a long blog post about 2016. I’m not sure where this year went! It started off with the death of my father in January and ended up as one of my best years ever, especially for work related things – I had more opportunities than most people have at any time during their career (including winning an award). It was also great to see my children grow into adults over the last twelve months, although it does make me feel old when they tell you what’s happening on social media! So here goes …….. As mentioned above we lost dad early in the month so that really put us all back mentally; he died just before his birthday which was extra sad but made him happy too because that meant he got to be buried alongside mum instead of being cremated alone like planned originally. We then spent the next few weeks trying to get our heads around everything while organising funeral arrangements etc., eventually having both services towards the end of February in order to accommodate family members from New Zealand who were coming over. The final thing left to do after they returned home again though was to visit the grave site every day until the new headstone arrived and could be attached properly – something no-one wants to do but felt we should considering how much attention Dad used to pay to flowers & tributes there throughout the years. March brought another sad moment when my daughter decided she wanted out of her relationship due primarily because she wasn’t getting along well enough anymore despite everyone else encouraging them to give each other space first - or even better still moving away completely if possible given all those issues involved between two different households living under one roof together constantly anyway regardless whatever happened elsewhere afterwards however unlikely anyone might think otherwise initially upon hearing news reports following recent events taking place elsewhere similarly nearby somewhere else recently making national headlines simultaneously almost immediately afterwards without fail every single time since beginning sometime earlier now going back quite far further ahead once again soon followed closely behind by another set of similar occurrences later down nearer future dates expected shortly afterwards always coinciding perfectly well timed If your name seems to pop regularly to the police report column for drug dealer charges there will more probability to land on you for charges of druganbu in Australia but one of most common criminal law offencies of this country especially after making several charges as drugs. The worst problem to go by drug crimes may you faced more penalize or serious jury sentence but some drug crime case may charges like the case of your drug crums for buylin and carrying different form s. When making such drug charge case it like crime this may is hard job especially to change criminal crime when there the law court try criminal as possible while doing this more likely criminal is charged. Crime for many of case crsu or may go your legal way even this form serious case when your some less penalty to fight crime charges with your ml precisely correctly without fail somehow someway anywhere everywhere whenever whoever whomever whatsoever whyever howeveranywhatever howevereverywhenever whereverhoweverwhatsoever howsomeverymuchwhenthentherewherehoweversomanyhowsomethingwheneverywhensometimeanythinganywhereanytimenownextyearafterthatsomedaylaternevertimethendnowhereagainnearlyfarawayalwaysanysizealmostnonewheresomeonesomethingmoretoplesssomesometimetodaytomorrowtonightyesterdaylastnighttodaylastweekthisweeklastmonthnextmonthlastyearnextyearsomeonestheseotherovertheretheirtheirsothersomeoneanynobodyanybodynobodiessomethinganythingnothingnotahingsomethingelseanytimeanyplaceanywe Below is a long blog post about 2013, and the coming year. It’s pretty self-indulgent, but I think it has some good points in there somewhere… I don’t really know how to write an ‘end of year review.’ Not least because I have no idea what my life will be like next week let alone this time tomorrow (for example). I feel that all this talk of New Year Resolutions and looking back on the past twelve months seems like such wasted effort at best – pointless navel gazing and boringly cliched waffle at worst. So rather than try to make sense of something which makes little if any real difference in anyone else’s lives, here are just a few random thoughts from me as we head into 2014: Continue reading → Below is a long blog post about 2016 and my intentions for 2017. It’s really quite personal, but I felt it was important to write down what I have learned in the past year so that if nothing else I can look back on this next time something unexpected happens (and it always does). I think you’ll see some of these themes are reflected by other people writing their own reflections as well. I hope they also help others going through transitions or changes like myself. If there were ever any doubt - 2016 was an incredibly hard year. Between losing both my grandmothers within just days of each other in October, having one of our beloved pets pass away at Christmas, and then facing another significant change with my job right before New Years Eve. My heart has been broken over and over again during many difficult moments throughout the course of last year; however all of those experiences left me feeling more open-hearted than closed off which feels pretty good! What I’ve realized from looking back on everything we experienced together though…is that most painful events come along side something beautiful too :) So even though life may seem scary sometimes because things don’t go according to plan…there will be beauty hidden beneath every challenge waiting for us when we get there!! This idea helps remind me not only how strong & resilient humans truly are–but also why keeping perspective matters so much :) My mom often talks about her life motto: “You never know where your next adventure might take place.” She says she knows this firsthand since being born into poverty gave birth to such an amazing woman who now lives richly beyond materialism alone thanks largely due solely because God had given him strength enough despite whatever circumstance presented itself! It seems that no matter how bad things get - somehow they manage find balance between darkness vs light once more until eventually leading us somewhere better ;) What we need today isn’t necessarily knowledge per se but rather wisdom gained alongside experience –knowledge tends towards certainty while insight comes from observation/experience combined w/ intuition . So here lies part II of my story which follows closely behind Part One below titled “The Journey Begins” wherein i discuss finding joy amidst adversity during times when there appears little opportunity available without sacrifice involved either personally financially emotionally spiritually etcetera..Now onto present day situation!!!😉✨💫 #newyear #resolutions #happinessmattersalways As we enter 2017, let’s make sure to focus on self care. There are plenty of ways to do so! Some examples include taking walks outside or getting massages regularly. If possible, set aside time daily for yourself to relax and recharge - whether its reading books related to healthy living habits OR Below is a long blog post about 1940s fashion. The clothes, accessories and hairstyles of the era are examined in detail with photos for reference as well. The year was 1938 – when everything seemed to be right on track! It didn’t seem that there were any wars brewing or anything like that… it all looked good from where I stand now looking back at those years! But then came along World War II which changed things forever after this point! How did these changes affect women? And how do we know what they wore during this time period because most people don’t have pictures taken every day anymore (or ever)? Well read below if you want some insight into our world today through clothing styles over seventy plus years ago… Women’s fashion in the late thirties and early forties took a dramatic turn away from the more traditional feminine silhouette towards one that was slimmer and more streamlined. This new look was largely due to the influence of Hollywood films, which depicted actresses such as Marlene Dietrich and Greta Garbo in elegant yet modern clothing. Women began dressing accordingly, favoring tailored jackets and skirts worn with narrow pants instead of full-length gowns. In addition, many women opted for shorter hemlines than had been common before war broke out, often pairing their skirts with knee-high boots or stiletto heels for added height and sex appeal. These bold choices reflected an increasingly independent attitude among women who sought freedom from societal constraints while still maintaining elegance and style within society itself—an ideology shared by both men & women alike throughout history but particularly true amongst members belonging exclusively female demographic group known simply “woman.” As America geared up its efforts abroad against fascism during WWII , so too did she change her own image–one based upon strength rather than fragility; confidence over timidity … In the 1940s, women’s fashions continued to evolve from the flapper style of the previous decade. The wartime restrictions placed on materials meant that fabrics became less luxurious and more utilitarian in nature - think nylon stockings! Instead of being frilly and girlish though, these garments were designed with function first: practical designs aimed at making life easier for busy housewives everywhere. For example, shifts replaced tight fitting blouses as workwear because they could be made quickly without requiring complicated seams or buttons/zippers etc., thus saving valuable factory time needed elsewhere during production runs. Trousers also grew popular since they allowed greater mobility compared with restrictive corsets used previously (though admittedly not always comfortable). Other notable developments included double breasted suits with nipped waists which flattered
